Getting Logged Out?
You may notice that you have gotten logged out and have to log back in when you open the app. This is a known situation and not a bug.
We are still new and in beta testing mode. There are three types of updates.
Tier 1 Update: We make minor updates often that don’t affect your login process. You stay logged in but still see the newest updates in the app.
Tier 2 Update: We make major updates to various parts of the app that do require you to relogin to your account. The major update logs everyone out. We are doing these often now as we are still in development on the app and are always improving the app. So you can expect these logouts probably weekly. It’s just helps you remember your password better! 😜
Tier 3 Update: We make MASSIVE updates to the app that will require you actually redownload the app. This is VERY RARE so don’t worry about this. This update might occur once or twice a year in the beginning and then even more rarely later down the line. Maybe once every 2-3 years.
