APP TERMS OF USE

TribeLife LLC App Terms of Use

Welcome to TribeLife! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of TribeLife LLC’s website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TribeLife.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TribeLife, you:

  • Confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

  • Confirm that you are a U.S. resident and that you will not access or use TribeLife from outside the United States.

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Understand that TribeLife may update these Terms at any time, and continued use means you accept changes.

 

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use TribeLife, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.

  • Be responsible for all activity on your account.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

 

3. Content & Community Guidelines

TribeLife is built for community engagement and meaningful interactions. You must not:

  • Post, share, or promote hate speech, harassment, threats, violence, illegal content, or sexually explicit material.

  • Use TribeLife to exploit, impersonate, or defraud others.

  • Upload malware, spam, or engage in phishing/scams.

  • Violate intellectual property rights (e.g., posting copyrighted content without permission).

 

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

 

4. Monetization & Paid Features

 

4.1 Premium Memberships & Creator Subscriptions

  • TribeLife offers premium features and content subscriptions, which require payment.

  • All transactions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

4.2 Founding Members & Referral Program

  • Early adopters (Founding Members) may earn referral commissions for bringing in new premium users.

  • TribeLife reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral incentives at any time.

 

5. Advertising & Third-Party Content

  • You may see ads, sponsored posts, or third-party content while using TribeLife.

  • We do not endorse or guarantee third-party services, and your interactions with advertisers are at your own risk.

  • TribeLife is not responsible for external links or third-party platforms accessed from our Services.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

 

6.1 Your Content

  • You own the content you create but grant TribeLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform.

  • This license ends when you delete your content, except for content already shared publicly.

 

6.2 TribeLife’s Content

  • All logos, trademarks, and proprietary features are owned by TribeLife LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

7. Termination & Account Deletion

TribeLife may suspend or delete your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity.

  • Abuse the platform, spam users, or attempt to manipulate the system.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or violate monetization policies.

 

You may delete your account anytime by contacting support@tribelife.us. We may retain certain data as required by law or security policies.

 

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • TribeLife is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or absolute security.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, TribeLife is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Services.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TribeLife LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of our Services.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Any disputes between you and another user or third party.

 

10. Geographic Restrictions

TribeLife is intended for use only by individuals residing in the United States. By using our Services, you confirm that you are a U.S. resident and that you will not access or use TribeLife from outside the United States.

 

We do not guarantee that our Services comply with international laws or regulations. TribeLife reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users outside the U.S. and may use geo-blocking technologies to enforce this restriction.

 

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • U.S. Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

  • Disputes: Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

  • You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against TribeLife.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes occur, we will notify users through app notifications, email, or website announcements. Your continued use of TribeLife after updates means you accept the new Terms.
