Rare Society is a modern homage to retro Vegas steakhouses, opened in late 2019 by Chef Brad Wise of Trust Restaurant Group. It features premium proteins grilled over American red oak on a wood-fired grill, an on-premise dry ager, sustainably sourced seafood, and a progressive cocktail program in a comfortable, unpretentious neighborhood setting at The UnCommons.
