1-on-1 Personal Training: Let’s work together to reach your fitness and overall health goals! A 1:1 training session can be booked to work towards increasing strength & lean muscle mass, fat loss, improving proper exercise form & posture, and improving overall physical health. It’s important to me that you enjoy & look forward to exercising, which is why each workout is customized to fit your personal needs & preferences — we can utilize a variety of training styles, including different resistance modalities, bodyweight training, HIIT, plyometrics, balance, mobility & flexibility exercises, etc. 1-on-1 Barre Fitness: What is “Barre”? — Barre is the perfect total-body workout that blends low-impact strength training, dancer-style conditioning, and pilates & yoga-inspired movements. Barre increases both strength AND flexibility, improves posture & balance, and may reduce stress & tension. Barre can be done with or without an actual ballet barre and typically includes the use of a small stability ball, light hand weights, and resistance bands. 1:1 training appointments can also be used for a 1-hour private Barre training session — All fitness levels are welcome, no experience needed! * After you book your session, we will discuss your fitness goals & decide which type of personal training session you want to get started with! Get to Know Me: I’m a Certified Barre Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, & Virtual Coaching Specialist based in beautiful Orange County, CA. I also have my AA in Applied Health, Nutrition, & Kinesiology. My approach to health & wellness is leading a balanced & mindful lifestyle and exercising in ways that you truly enjoy. No overtraining, no restriction — just get in tune with what your body needs and what feels good to you! I will help you reach any of your fitness goals, regardless of your fitness background or experience. Let’s build your confidence & start adding a routine that you genuinely look forward to! I offer 1:1 personal training, private Barre fitness sessions, small group training (bring your friends!), & I will offer occasional pop-up Barre and HIIT classes in Orange County. My clients can also gain access to at-home workouts and workout programs so you can stay consistent even outside of the gym/studio. I can’t wait to meet you!
